It's a good hotel. Mid-range. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is nice with a bath tub. Good water pressure, which is always welcome. The location is good. About a 10-minute walk to the train station and 5-minute walk to the main bus station. About 15 -20 minute walk to old town. There are two supermarkets within 1 minute and many restaurants nearby. The onsite restaurant is actually very good. Be mindful that it is near the redlight district and there are times when there is a lot of street noise from people outside of the hotel, even well into the night. Overall, I would stay there again.

The breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and courteous. The little kitchen had a espresso machine, toaster and microwave, it was really handful. One thing that was very poor was that my room had no AC and I asked to turn it on and they said, they don’t really put on in April. It was extremely warm that all my chocolate melted. That part were hard because I couldn’t have a good night of sleeping.

I’m not used to riding trams, but the staff here at the hotel gave me complete directions and a map! I just successfully got to my destination and returned to the hotel! Wonderful restaurants are near by. I highly recommend!

Comfortable hotel in a great location close to the train station. Only issue is that It was rather expensive but Geneva is an expensive city.

Great hotel — location, staff, room size & cleanliness— all 5 stars. I wish the bed was better. Mattress was spring and very bouncy and did a number on our backs.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

This hotel is well located, but you will need to schlep your luggage a bit. There is a small elevator. Breakfast at the nearby Altstadt Krone was very good.

Shuttle service website caused my credit card to get flagged by visa, which put a hold on my card for some strange reason, which was very annoying. This may not be anyone's fault but I had no issues with my card until I used this feature to pay for my ride, a way to pay for the shuttle at the front desk would have been nice.
