Very happy with the hotel. Clean, bright and well-maintained with decent WiFi, it was perfect to stay here while we explored Vienna during Eurovision.

While beautiful, this is the most annoying hotel I have ever stayed in. The lighting, window coverings, and climate control are so overly complex and non-user friendly that they were impossible. For example, we were in a corner room with two windows and the two window shades were linked such that we had the choice of looking at the man across the way walking around in his underwear in order to get light from the other window or not being able to get any outside light or view at all. There was no way to turn on/off any individual light fixture: it was either all on or all off. At night it was impossible to turn off all the lights in the bathroom; a bright night light remained on - and was adjacent to the bed. In addition to the night light at the floor level there was another inside the toilet bowl (one wouldn’t want to miss that view in the middle of the night 😏). Further complicating the bathroom, one had to wrestle with several conflicting doors in order to use it. As for the shower, the floor was an extremely slippery marble and there was no safety grab bar. On the positive side, all the hotel staff were very nice and professional.

Staff was above and beyond hospitable.

Loved the vibe at this hotel and spent a lot of time on the rooftop eating, drinking and watching the sunset. Such a good value.
