Puerto Rico Island Adventure Holidays

I had high expectations with the hotel since i have stayed in other Double trees in the past Positives- The hotel is in an excellent location, close to most attractions in San Juan as well as the airport, The staff were welcoming and the valet parking option worked great for us. Breakfast was amazing and we loved the variety and the menu was more diverse each day. After the first couple of days, felt that it was more a repeat. Hope they add more variety. Negatives: The bad part of the stay was the most important place, the room itself. A glass brick wall was separating the bed room and the bathroom. It was not a see through wall, but still not an opaque wall either. I was shocked to notice a thin sheet of white paper was pasted on the glass wall to make a section of the bathroom opaque from the bedroom. For the room rate and the brand name of Hilton, this was a very cheap way to block the view. Expected something better than this from Hilton.

I would say we had an amazing time there and I will definitely come back with my family. You wont be disappointed at all. We seen the governor at the hotel and every night was an event.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.
