We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But honestly we were overall very pleased with the resort.

I would not stay in this neighborhood or at this hotel ever again. Staff are inattentive and rude. Amenities are bare minimum and it was hard to just get towels when entering the room. Never received hand soap for the entire stay after multiple requests. Breakfast was good and staff in this area was good but quality of food was okay. Overall, the hotel should be reviewed by Minister of Tourism for how it poorly represents Morocco and its hotel industry.

The grounds outside are well kept however the rooms needs some major refresher, the mold in the washroom, the drain in the shower doesn't drain properly. The beds are very uncomfortable. The entertainment staff is by far the best part of the resort they are friendly and nice. The buffets has allot of variety but it's always the same food daily. There are 2 restaurants but they are also buffet.. the Asian is awful that evening our 6yr old, my husband and I all got ill. We addressed it with the management which didn't do much apparently it was "isolated" on our last night we ended eating in a restaurant in the agadir city and it was delicious! Unfortunately for the value spent the resort is not worth it.

Room need to clean properly, breakfast need to change too. I stayed 7days with same breakfast.

Spacious room with good air conditioning & fridge. Good sized pool to cool down after a day in the city. Nice breakfast and poolside lunch.

From the moment we arrived, throughout our stay and our last day, the staff were outstanding making our stay comfortable. Breakfast and food and drinks on offer were great too. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and will be there for you if you need it. Also the rooftop swimming pool and terrace is very enjoyable at the end of the day! We will definitely go back to this road if we go back to Marrakech!
