Mou Apartments is a very good, spacious and comfortable place to stay, especially for a shorter visit to Kotor. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus plenty of cabinet space and a pantry large enough for our suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size with streaming services, and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Thoughtful extras included toiletries, washing-machine pods and dishwasher pods. Having both a washer and dishwasher was convenient. Our first-floor apartment opened toward the pool, which was a great feature. Management was very responsive, kind and helpful. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, he came over and tried to provide a secondary Wi-Fi connection, although it did not work. The main improvements needed are cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability and directions. The bathroom and shower need a deeper cleaning, and there was visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower is also quite small. The king bed was comfortable, but all sheets, blankets and bed coverings should be properly sized to fit a king mattress. The address provided took us about half a kilometer away; searching “Mou Apartments” in Google Maps worked better, so guests should be sent an accurate map pin. There are also very limited restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, making this better for a short stay than a long one unless you have transportation or plan to cook. A taxi to downtown Kotor costs about €30.

Stayed there for two weeks with kids 9 and 11, and grandparents. Amazing place. Perfect surroundings on the Dalmatian countryside along wineyards and family restaurants. Cavtat and Dubrovnik is far away, consider rental car for the stay if you want to check out other places. Montenegro and Bosnia is only 30 mins to the border. The house was very clean and smelled nice. We had plenty of space for us six. The outside grillhouse was very nice for a break from the sun and to have dinners/bbq. Would definately recommend to others and consider revisiting. If I should complain about a single thing, it would be the matressess, a bit too hard for our taste. A thick top-mattress would do the trick. Overall, excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has a beautiful view and very spacious common areas, making it ideal for families and gatherings of up to 10 people. We arrived quite late, but the host was there in person to welcome us, which was greatly appreciated. The only small improvement would be to have a welcome booklet with basic information, such as the Wi-Fi password and check-in/check-out instructions. Otherwise, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Great breakfast, amazing amenities, beautiful sea views, lovely comfortable rooms, gracious and helpful staff. So conveniently close to the airport and the Cavtat Marina/Dubrovnik ferries, but feels like a blissful world away on its hilltop perch.

Beautiful view from the room, and the restaurant staff were lovely. That's where the positives end. The room itself is dated, and the window AC unit was loud and didn't cool at all. There's no concierge service, and the front desk staff seemed neither knowledgeable nor particularly interested in helping. At $900 a night, the stay didn't come close to justifying the price. Won't be returning.

Every thing was exceptional. Rooms are amazingly big and cleaning staff are just so wonderful amenities are fabulous. You will love it here. A bit of a ride to the old town so keep that in mind. We just found the staff a bit cranky at times. Not as friendly as the other parts of Croatia we are used to. That was a very minor issue though for us.

Villa Lukas is an absolute gem in Cavtat, and our stay in Apartment 10 exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, Luka and Irena were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless trip. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and featured an incredible sea view that made morning coffees and evening sunsets unforgettable. When we weren't out exploring, the pool provided the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind in the sun. The location is ideal—a peaceful retreat that is just a easy, scenic 10-minute walk down to the Cavtat marina, putting all the best restaurants, shops, and waterfront strolls right at your doorstep. We cannot recommend Villa Lukas highly enough. If we ever return to Cavtat, this is without a doubt where we will be staying again!
