Beautiful property with great amenities and a super nice staff. The rooms were modern yet comfy and the restaurant/bar was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Beautiful historic building, restored and updated. Stylish lobby, happening bar scene (but unheard on room floors). Large stylish rooms. Easy walk to all downtown PDX atteactions.

Staff might have been the kindest & most accommodating I’ve ever encountered by a hotel, and I’ve stayed at a variety of places including Westin, Four Seasons, the Marriott, & other boutique hotels but the valet, bell hops, & front desk staff were all super kind & accommodating. Super clean, public transportation right in front, walkable, comfy bed. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the TV in the room next to me was right against my headboard so I could hear the TV when I was trying to fall asleep. Other than that, great stay and will totally stay again when I come back to Portland.

Photos look much better than in real life, the actual hotel is not very up to date, upon entrance to the actual room there was a distinctly unpleasant smell in the room, not fresh at all. Some other aspects were a complete turn off as well, which will not be mentioned here, but I wish I knew before hand.
