Honestly it was the best hotel I have stayed in about 9 years, close to everything in (downtown) Charlotte! Walking distance from both bojangles coliseum and Bank of America stadium!

From check in to check out we were very pleased with all staff. No dour faces! Every one helpful and kind. Super rare to have such kind staff. Our room was very comfortable, room service fantastic the on site dining was excellent. Five stars all around!
