7.4/10 Good! (1,000 reviews)
Was suprised as the poor condition of the room (worn floors, chipped walls, cabinent missing hinge, mold in shower) and location gets lots of street noise from cars racing their engines at night. Just not what we expected from an Indigo flagged property

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,006 reviews)
I liked the location. Close to food/shops but not so close traffic sounds were bad.
Rooms were decent. No hand soap was given to us so we used the soap from the shower. We had picked this particular hotel based on location and the pool. We got there and the pool was a complete mess along with the whole patio area. When I checked in, they didn't mention the pool was closed for the season and had no idea it was closed. Its still 90 in Alabama this time of year. Thats the only thing my dad asked to do was chill out by the pool. So, that was disappointing big time.
