"Expedia was incorrect and said this hotel had a fitness center, but they do not. That was disappointing. Otherwise everything about our stay was nice! Clean comfortable rooms. Loud air conditioning unit though. Good breakfast. "

"Absolutely disgusting. Along with disgusting and unclean bathroom conditions, the electrical box was broken (and pieced together with tape). The stainless steel had not been even attempted at being wiped down, and I won’t describe bathroom conditions, but they were sickening. And when I reported and requested a call back from management, I waited, but nothing. This property was a poor reflection of Hilton, and definitely not a good impression of Prattville accommodations. "

"Room was not clean. Carpet was sticky and made our feet black, we had to wash them before bed. There were food scraps from previous occupants still on the floor and used toiletries bottles on the bathroom counter. "

"The best part of our stay is the BREAKFAST. Hands down. I have stayed here two years in a row on spring break on our way to Gulf Shores. No other place has a better breakfast and I made sure to tell them that when we left. Thank you!"
