The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

Relaxing stay, lovely premises with a pool and jacuzzi. Short walk from the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property was right on the beach. Staff was very attentive. Daily breakfast was great with pastries and juices. Great cappuccinos and meats and cheeses. Only negative was that the air conditioners were turned off from 8 PM until 10 pm. We experienced extremely warm conditions in late May early June.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and swimming pool and termes were amazing.

Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else.

Check in was a wonderful experience after stressful transportation to get to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange an airport car transfer the following day and walked us to the ATM when requested.

Terrific staff and amenities. The woman who handled our check in was superb. The thermal pools and views are spectacular. What a relaxing place. Possibly the best breakfast I have ever seen included in your stay. I can’t wait to come back.

The property was immaculate and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. A perfect location to stay to avoid the crowds.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

The view is spectacular! Family rum Mediterranean style hotel. Very authentic. They serve lemons from their lemon orchard which is located just behind the hotel! Good breakfast fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh tomato and mozzarella salad, eggs and assorted pasteries. Family owners made us feel right at home. Ocean views from room and a large solarium on the roof. Be aware that the walk from town is 15-20 minutes and 5 of that includes 200 odd stairs. But if you are willing you will be rewarded with spectacular views and a magical experience. Location was prime. Staff lovely. A little dated but still had character and charm. Pool on roof and outside areas were lovely to spend time on. Breakfast could have had less pastries/cakes but it was tasty. lovely views from our room. Staff were great at sourcing fresh flowers as a surprise for my wife
