The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

My only complaint (and it is a very small one) is that there were only 2 spare plug sockets and we had to move the beds to get to them

Great location in the old town, walking distance from the main square,shops & restaurants - also walking distance from main station and large modern shopping mall
The room was large and comfortable
Only downside was the breakfast, which was OK but a bit basic and could easily be improved with fresher ingredients

The to floor room had beautiful views, which was main factor of us choosing the hotel, but the half of apartment was under angled ceilings and we kept hitting our heads over it, couldn't even sit at the dinning table without bending in order to sit at the chair and not hit our head. Other then that was great we had a great time in Zakopane.

The hotel's very clean and comfy. There was even a sitting room outside our room so we could drink wine with our friends. Very pleasant. Love the whole place
