I noticed that the hotel is mainly aimed at people who speak Polish, but it would be good to have more detailed information about the resort and services they provide in English. Of course more smiles and it will be great that at the arrival to introduce guests to the amenities and services that at their disposal. I also want to mentioned the Chef who is doing amazing work. Staff not interested in serving customers. Reception staff always in the back room, coming to the front desk after a while with customers waiting. Same in the restaurant. You have to wait for the staff to appear from the kitchen."
