What a FABULOUS gem of a hotel !!! I almost don’t want to write a good review because I want to keep it all to myself. Incredible staff, super clean, and simply incredible design. A rare example of the hotel being actually better than the pictures. Bravo.

Convenient hotel that was average in all aspects.

Typical small cosy room size for Hong Kong hotel. This is my 2nd time staying. First was pre-covid. Overall did not disappoint me. Did not try breakfast but we had self paid lunch there and its great. The shampoo and conditioner din suit me but may suit others so I think its very subjective. Like the massage shower. Overall still good to stay given the convenient location.

Friendly Staff , nice Room with all you need in it , good location , the 2 minute steep little access was No problem at all for us seniors. It was all good , Thank you so much.

Our family had a wonderful stay at K11 Artus. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxing week-long stay. There are a Washer and Dryer inside the room very convenient for family with kids. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the size of the room gave me plenty of space to unwind. Overall, a very pleasant experience—I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and cleanliness.

The team at reception are helpful. However, I would not recommend this for a business stay. If you are in a connecting room, you can hear the guests next door speaking and using the bathroom. You can also hear traffic through the thin windows. Fine for a short 1-2 day stay. However, this is not a 4 star accomodation. Daily room service is just changing your bathroom bin.

There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.
