Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff. (1,003 reviews) Great hotel in the heart of Wan Chai, with excellent facilities. The room was smaller than others I stayed in, but I think that's the nature of a very densely populated Hong Kong. There were no beakfast facilities, but I used the coffee shop on the ground floor, which was fine, and there are loads of local options to eat and drink, day or night. Like most of Hong Kong, the area felt safe, even later at night. I would stay here again when I go back to Hong Kong.
