We were disappointed the pool (and the pool area) was closed. The Tower was great- happy hour at 108 Drinks, lovely dinner at the Top of the Tower. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is very rude we asked for plates and they said they do not have plates in the hotel after charging 200 a night. They send plastic fork spoons and glasses.
