1 staff member for check in as everything is self serve kiosks. Half of the elevators didn't work. So long waits to get to our room. Checkout, we couldn't even get on an elevator to leave. While the casino is clean it isn’t as updated as possible. It looks very run down. Old furniture and fixtures, beautiful bathtub but the exterior windows are not clean. The bed was good though. Room was pretty nice seemed like it had been upgraded mattresses nice. It seemed good pillows are really a little hard for my choice. Casino was actually not a smoky as I’m used to seeing in them.

Our room never got dark due to bright lights on the roof. We heard the rollar coaster all day into the night thru the closed windows. The casino allows smoking so the smoke & smell was noticeable everwhere!

The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff didn't know how to count towels or check the soap and shampoo and conditioner bottles.
