"The staff there were pleasant but the rooms were not well kept. They were in the process of remodeling one side of the hotel. The first room provided to us did not look clean. They offered me a different room that was just remodeled which was better. The hotel is close to Main Street Hyannis so you can walk from the hotel on the strip to plenty of shops and restaurants, which was the plus side to this stay. "

"NO CENTRAL A/C. This is not advertised well. The home has window AC units in 2 out of 3 bedrooms. You can’t open the window in the 3rd room for air/breeze because it has no screen. Third AC unit is in the kitchen. No AC in downstairs area. The home is located in a nice area with lots of space. The kids loved the arcade games. It’s been updated with new kitchen appliances, furniture and paint. It’s an older home with lots of undesirable features. Good place if the price is lowered to match."

"The house is very clean and very well-kept. The porch in the back is rustic and comfortable. We spent most of our time there. There's a gas grill and fire pit--we grilled one day and it was great. The pond and canoe were a lot of fun. The pond is small but it's good enough for a little canoeing. There are swings hanging from the porch which would be nice for kids. We had some internet issues when we were there but Lucy was so very responsive and helpful and really did just about anything...
