Excellent location, steps from airport tram and short walk to the Duomo. They held our luggage while we enjoyed Florence after check out. We arrived just before midnight and were able to enter the building with the provided code without any issue. And they have a lift! Grateful for that!!

We enjoyed our stay at La Villa di STR very much. Its location was ideal for exploring Siena. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning when we first arrived, but they were quite responsive and it was quickly resolved. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of offerings that could be eaten indoors or in the quaint courtyard. Same with the nightly happy hour from 5-8:00 PM. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we believe it was a terrific value, and we would most certainly return.
