The apartment has just been renovated and consists of a living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms, but its highlight is a **panoramic roof terrace** of more than 100 square meters, with a view over the sea and the Castle of **Castiglione della Pescaia**. The 115 sqm apartment lies on the second floor and consists of a large living room with balcony, three bedrooms (one double room with balcony and two bedrooms with two single beds) and can accommodate a total of 6 guests. On the same floor there is also the kitchen, the dining area and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the **large exclusive terrace** (105 sqm), the highlight that characterizes and distinguishes this apartment from all those around it. From here you can enjoy absolute privacy and, at the same time, have a breathtaking view. The terrace is equipped with a 'gazebo' for the shade, a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and two deckchairs for sunbathing. This terrace in the summer becomes the outdoor living room of the house. There was airconditioning in all rooms. 2 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the town center. Road side parking with no problems finding a space mid July. The roof top terrace is very large, suitable for children to hang out, with superb view of the castle and some view of the sea. Nicholetta und Jens sind beide äusserst zuvorkommend, flexibel und freundlich. Oleander auf der Dachterrasse pflegen, 2 Liegestühle verfügbar haben, die benutzbar sind (der eine war ziemlich verrostet), bei den Stühlen waren alle bereits irgendwo angeschlagen/kaputt. Es gibt zwar rundum Straßen die aber nicht gross befahren sind in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Die Gegend ist sicher und Castiglione ein wunderschönes Dorf. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis habe ich 4 von 5 Sternen gegeben weil ich allgemein finde die Airbnb Preise haben sich in den letzten Jahren zu stark erhöht .
