My overall experience wasn’t terrible, but the day I checked in I was told we could go ahead and get the breakfast for $18, after that it would be $22 per person. So I told her to go ahead and add it. Next morning, we go to breakfast it wasn’t added! Was charged the $22 and not what I was told! Room was clean but it was a empty wine bottle under the sink and hair bobby pins in the bathroom floor. Overall I didn’t appreciate being told one thing and it being something else especially what I paid, it didn’t seem worth it! I did appreciate how nice Alysha was who worked during breakfast!

"The floor we stayed on was outdated and a bit run down and dingy. Staff were too concerned with VIPs to be helpful and accommodating to my disabled husband. The room wouldn't get cooler than 70 degrees and the ice machine was down our entire 5 day stay. Everything was overpriced and confusing."
