There was a big, splintery chip in the door where it looks like a security chain was removed, and the bathroom counter had clearly seen better days, but the place was VERY well cleaned, housekeeping was impeccable. The staff were all very professional and courteous too. And the location can't be beat if you're looking to visit the Art Institute and other attractions!"
