"We had an exceptional experience . The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping was excellent—towels were changed daily, the trash was taken out every day, and the beds were neatly made each morning. The bathroom was spotless upon arrival, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the small pantry area that included a sink, microwave, and mini refrigerator—super convenient for a short stay. While the carpet was a bit dated, everything else more than made up for it. The attention at the front desk was outstanding. Richard, the staff member who checked us in, was incredibly kind and helpful—he got us into our room right away and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Chicago!"

"Overall experience was great! Hotel is in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the beach. Parking situation isn’t ideal but if you use spot hero you can find affordable parking within walking distance"
