This hotel was great. Location couldn’t be better. Breakfast included was a hit, the food was good. Walking distance to the beach at the lake , the ferry terminal, and food options. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Cet hôtel est bien localisé, à 3 minutes de marche du Duomo. Notre chambre était défraîchie, les produits de bain était de basse qualité, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très fort et il faisait un peu chaud dans notre chambre. Nous avions demandé et payé pour deux lits, et le 2e lit était un divan lit. Le déjeuner était correct mais sans plus. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 3 étoiles.

So beautiful and clean! Rooms were huge and great value. We had the best pasta lunch at a little place next door for really inexpensive and then walked to the basilica and Brera area. It’s was about 40 minute walk, but charming residential areas with plenty of shops and bodegas along the way if you wanted to grab water or anything. Rode electric bikes home and there were dedicated bike lanes the whole way. We had to depart for airport before breakfast started and the packed us to go boxes with all kinds of treats and drinks. Highly recommend.

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.
