Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

10/10 service, everyone was super friendly and helpful! Great location, clean & spacious rooms! The only downside was the staff told us breakfast was until 11am so when we went down at 10:40, they said it was over. Overall, would recommend!
