The W on Yas Island has clean, modern, spacious rooms located on the Formula 1 race track. Breakfast at Garage is tasty although a bit basic for my expectations considering it's a 5 star hotel. The service and food at the Brooklyn Chop House is fantastic. I went back again as the first time was so wonderful.

Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff showed little willingness to help or be flexible, even though we were traveling with young children. I had to approach the desk a second time before any effort was made to assist us. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, and true luxury is defined by exceptional customer service—not just the property itself. To make matters worse, the staff member who escorted us to our room simply walked away after we explained we weren’t comfortable. We were also promised a partial refund, but when Expedia contacted the hotel, nothing was honored. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation.
