"The rooms and the whole hotel are renovated and look okay but the overall experience is like in Ryanair flights: you have to pay for the air you breathe. On the website it looks like the gym is a hotel amenity, instead, you have to pay 15 CHF to access it. There are little snacks at extortionate prices. The room was dirty, there was a sticky stain on the "bedside table", there were shoe prints on the floor and the toilet was dirty. I had cold shower on the first day because there was no hot water. "

Also, the city tax was charged separately, which wasn’t very clear at the time of booking. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of value for money."

The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality.
