A luxury appointed boutique hotel with sophisticate modern style and furnishing. The beds and bathroom were excellent but the superior room was quite small. There was a free minibar with water, beer and fizzy drinks but for coffee one had to go down to the reception. My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities.

Property spotless and clean. Free use of Laundry facilities and 2 min walk to supermarket. The only downside was that there is no air con ( knew this at time of booking ) A fan is provided which would be sufficient for normal summer heat but unfortunately we booked during a heatwave. Also there is construction work going on next to the apartments and they start work early. That’s ok though if you are not planning on lying in of a morning.

Very central. Lovely courtyard. Special requests were met. Early check in and late check out provided. Staff were generally very accommodating.

The hotel was close to Lake Zurich and from our room you could get a view of the lake. It was a short walk from the hotel to the boat trips as well as the tram and train station. There were lots of shops and restaurants close by. The room was big and each day some chocolate was placed in our room which tasted really good. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

I booked this hotel recently when my daughter and I went for a short break to Zurich. I had called the hotel directly before hand to make a couple of enquiries and requests and on both occasions the staff were very helpful and friendly. Park Hyatt Zurich is my home away home in Zurich a perfect business hotel. As a frequent traveller I found this hotel as a perfect one for the business and none business travelers. I was welcomed on my arrival by Mac he was very friendly including all the other staff. Mac went out of his way to help me, with all my queries and helped me find my way around, and showed me how to get to one place to another, using public transport. It was very nice experience overall staying at the hotel, I would love to go back and stay there for my next trip.
