"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

Man spürt...

"Big party next door. So a bachelor party spoiled our sleep the last night. We travel with two kids who need their sleep. So I contacted the reception at 21.00. The woman was helpful and told me to contact the guard if the party wasn't over @ 22.00. It wasn't. Contacted the reluctant guard @ 22.30 who told me to report problems to the reception the next day. I insisted that the party was closed down in accordane with house rulles. If he actually did so I don't know, but only when my wife...

10/10 Excellent

"We would happily return. Enjoyed renting bikes and spending the day along the coast, enjoying the sea."

Hotel Molindrio Plava Laguna

8/10 Good

"Great hotel and perfect location for our event Ironman 70.3 Poreč! Smaller room than expected (compared to photos) but soon got used to it and we used the balcony to store the bike. Comfortable bed, with adequate storage and spacious bathroom. Daily room service to replenish towels and hotel service for extra pillows and anything else you may need. We had breakfast and dinner included - both services had a wide variety of foods at the buffet that were all delicious. They even had an earlier breakfast service provided on race day which was greatly appreciated! The chefs were there to cook fresh food to keep everything replenished, and the staff were always there to help tidy away. Me and my husband enjoyed trying out the different foods each night, specially the deserts! One thing we made use of was the sauna and wellness area which you could use for 2 hours per day. We used the Sauna and steam room a lot, specially post race. Towels, water and tea were provided. My husband also used the Gym there on the first night which we were pleasantly surprised by, lots of free weights, machines and a squat rack. One highlight for me was being able to get my hair done by the hotel hair dresser, I wanted some french plaits done for the race and she managed to squeeze me in the day before. Very reasonably priced and friendly. Overall really happy with our stay, friendly staff and great experience. Such a lovely place to stay, we would come back!"

Maistra Camping Amarin Mobile homes

10/10 Excellent

"My family and I were traveling and stumbled upon this camping/trailer house. We booked 2 nights and my wife absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for two adults and two kids. Two bathrooms. A large covered deck. And all the amenities you could ask for. On the beach with several pools as an alternate. Great stay."

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Zoričići?

The best time to visit Zoričići is during the shoulder seasons, specifically late May to June or September to early October.

These months offer pleasant weather, with warm temperatures superb for exploring, but without the intense heat and larger crowds of the peak summer months. You'll find the Istrian countryside lush and inviting, ideal for outdoor activities like cycling or hiking.

Couples often find these times superb for a relaxing and romantic escape. The vineyards are either in full bloom or ready for harvest, offering lovely scenery for wine tasting tours, and the coastal towns are busy enough to feel lively but not overwhelmingly crowded. You'll have an easier time securing reservations at popular restaurants and finding a quiet spot on the beaches.

Families travelling with younger children might also prefer these periods. The sea is warm enough for swimming, but the overall pace is more relaxed, making it easier to enjoy family-friendly attractions and activities without the hustle and bustle of high season.
