The magnificent Villa Perini, complete with a private swimming pool, is situated in the small town of Sveti Lovrec in the heart of Istria. It can accommodate up to ten people in five bedrooms. A cosy living room, furnished with tasteful designer furniture and featuring a fireplace, awaits you on the ground floor. Here, you can relax on the sofa and read a good book. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. This is the perfect place to have breakfast in the morning or to prepare delicious meals. Two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest toilet, are also located on the ground floor. Here you can try out the sauna, which is located in one of the bathrooms, or enjoy a relaxing soak in the bath situated in the middle of one of the bedrooms.



You’ll sleep soundly in the three bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to its own terrace, where you can enjoy peaceful nights.



The spacious outdoor area with a beautiful, green lawn and the lovely terrace invite you to spend precious moments with your loved ones. You can swim in the pool, relax in one of the sun loungers, try out the hot tub or cook meals on the barbecue. The villa is situated in the medieval town of Sveti Lovrec in Central Istria. This picturesque little town is far removed from the hustle and bustle of city life and is characterised by its narrow, winding streets and stone houses, where you can dine at the local restaurant in the evening and go for a stroll afterwards. This area is renowned for its olive groves and vineyards, which give Istria its special charm.

The nearest beaches are in Poreč, Vrsar and Funtana, just a short drive from Sveti Lovrec. Poreč’s old town is the perfect place to discover Istria’s rich cultural heritage. The nearby main regional road allows you to quickly reach most of Istria’s attractions, such as Brijuni National Park or the Arena in Pula.
