Brilliant hotel, excellent service and breakfast through our stay. Perfect location and great beach service. We would definitely stay again.

The beach facing rooms are absolutely stunning! Views incredible. Breakfast is one of the best that i have experienced globally. Staff super attentive.

Phenomenal hostel. All the other reviews are right. Hope nothing ruins this in future!

Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing location with views of the beach and Christ the redeemer.

The location is excellent. A much quieter section of Copcabana.Staff at very good and helpful. Metro about 20min walk. Good places to eat near by. Would definitely stay here again. They do put a charge on your credit card at check in rather than just take card details. Would have been helpful to know this before hand as could have been a problem if not enough credit.

Very clean, friendly staff, we loved everything!! I asked the staff to hold our bags and they were really nice and polite. The only thing I would complain is the air conditioner really high but when I asked them to put it down, they did :)

Good value in a city where it is hard to find good hotels. Very modern room, very clean and friendly. Small pool but very close to the beach. Excellent breakfast

One of the best of the Copacabana

Fabulous stay ! After original confusion of room category, which the team handles exceptionally well (thank you !) we had the most wonderful stay. Spent most of our time poolside, great service and wonderful vibes pre carnival. Reception and concierge team always present and welcoming and warm. Breakfast was excellent in quality and service (maybe better to use the restaurant downstairs instead on the one on the first floor though as a little dark). Classic ‘old school’ white glove service in...

Poolside bar tender is very good. Very attentive and makes a mean Caiprihina. Reception was speedy and loved the advance check in link to add my details

Excellent location. Lovely room and great choice for breakfast 😊 Staff very friendly and helpful especially Eduardo at the concierge desk. Would highly recommend 😀

Great location and really helpful staff. It’s basic but just what I wanted and expected and a perfect hub for my first leg in Rio. Thanks Hotel Vermont!

Friendly staff…efficient room cleaning and clean everywhere

Hotel Nacional is a huge, modern and impressive looking hotel, but our stay did not get off to the best start. Check in took over 40 minutes after a long flight, and there always seemed to be queues at reception. The guy checking us took 20 minutes and seemed very slow. We'd booked two junior suites rooms and had asked to be on the same floor so our kids could be near us, but were put around 20 floors apart and were told the hotel was full, which was annoying. When you book two rooms how hard...

Excellent location, Sheraton’s private beach was fabulous but the highlight of our stay was the excellent service from the entire staff! From the welcome desk at check in, the staff at the concierge desk, the doormen and last but not least, the staff in the breakfast restaurant. This was undoubtedly the best customer service I have experienced.
