Urlaub in Zinnowitz 2025

WLAN wäre schön gewesen und der Autostellplatz im Herbst nicht gerade unter Eichenbäumen , sonst alles prima . Besonders herrlich war die Aussicht um Meer und die Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten . wir haben eine herrliche Woche verbracht

Bewertung Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine ideale Lage, direkt Blick aufs Meer u. einen Fahrstuhl. Leider ist die sehr niedrige Toilette immer noch da. Haben es schon voriges Jahr angemahnt. Wenn man darauf sitzt, hat man fast die Knie an den Ohren. Die Fernsehanlage ist sehr veraltet, aber gut, braucht man eigentlich nicht. Das Sofa und die Sessel sind schon abgewohnt und riechen etwas. Der Wasserkocher ging kurz nach dem Anschalten immer gleich aus. Fliegenfenster teilweise zerrissen. Preis auch gestiegen.

Erholung mit Einschränkungen

Die Lage, die Aufteilung und die Einrichtung der Wohnung waren sehr gut.. Trotzdem gibt es einige Kritikpunkte, die das Urlaubsvergnügen geschmälert haben. 1. Der fest installierte Föhn im Bad funktionierte nicht. 2. Die ausgelegte Liste mit den Fernsehprogramme stimmte überhaupt nicht überein. Die meisten Programme konnten nicht emfangen werden. 3. Auf dem Balkon fehlt ein Sonnenschirm. 4. Eine Badewanne als Dusche ist wegen des hohen Einstiegs und der Rutschgefahr nicht zeitgemäss. Kein WLAN

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Der Meeresblick ist unübertroffen. Es ist alles sauber und in Ordnung. Der Fernseher könnte etwas größer sein und WLAN ist leider nicht vorhanden. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Bewertung der Ferienunterkunft

Die Wohnung ist genau passend für uns, da sie auch mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen ist (mein Mann hat eine Gehbehinderung). Was uns aber sehr gestört hat, war die niedrige Toilette. Beim Hinsetzen auf diese, sind wir bald umgefallen. Da sollte sich der Vermieter etwas einfallen lassen. Und die Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Wir hatten unser Auto zwischen 2 SUV`s geparkt, so dass wir nur mit viel Vorsicht auf den Parkplatz kamen oder auch rausfahren konnten.

Appartment mit perfekter Lage

Das Appartment hat wirklich eine perfekte, ruhige Lage und einen wunderschönen Balkon nach Nord und West, so dass man schöne Nachmittgs- und Abendsonne geniessen kann. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr wieder für eine Woche gebucht! Allerdings war der Schließzylinder der Haustür defekt und blieb hängen, so dass die Haustür teilweise nicht korrekt schloss. Wir haben das am 1. Tag gleich bei interhome moniert, bis zur Abreise nach 7 Tagen ist aber nichts passiert!
