Ostsee-Quartett 23 - quiet complex, close to the center

Located near the center of the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz is the quiet residential complex known as the “Ostsee-Quartett.” With a variety of shopping options, restaurants, and public transportation right nearby—and the beach and promenade just a few hundred meters away—Apartment 23 offers you an ideal location.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and offers plenty of space for two people in its approximately 51 square meters. The rooms are bright and open and have been lovingly furnished in a country-style. The living room features a cozy couch with an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The small TV stand is movable and can be positioned according to your preferences. The kitchen is open to the living room and located in the same space. Equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils, you won’t have to go without cooking even while on vacation. A French press and a milk frother are additional highlights. Dine together at the large dining table or spend time on the adjoining covered balcony facing south. You’re sure to enjoy the idyllic view of the surrounding gardens.
The bedroom is located one room down the hall. A large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. The closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The windows can be blacked out for your comfort.
Natural light floods the bathroom through the large window. Of course, the bathroom also features a toilet, sink, and shower. For our younger guests, a travel crib (including a mattress but without linens) and a high chair are available.

A private underground parking space (entry height 1.90 m) is available on the premises. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike storage room.
