"Russ was very kind and helpful. The cabin/bedroom was tidy. My fault for not noticing that bathroom and kitchen were described as being communal. Are about 25 feet away from the cabin. Toilet uses sand not water for flushing "

"This was a fun place to stay at. We were visiting the Albuquerque area and like to stay at unique stays. We realized while we were there that had been used in parts of filming for Breaking Bad. How funny! Had we been able to spend more of our daylight at the estate I would have liked to lounge around the pool more. A couple of negative things were...I thought we had been given check in instructions but luckily I realized with enough time to get in at our arrival. I would think that should be sent at least the morning of arrival. Secondly, we arrived after sunset on a very hot day. With the bed being in the loft, we really would have appreciated if the a/c would have been turned on for us."

"Excellent house for our family of five adults. The house and pool were just what we were looking for and as advertised. The property could use a little TLC but we would definitely come back again for our next visit. Overall a great stay."

"This is a great property and a great place to stay! When booking though realize that communication with this host is done through vrbo. You can book on expdia, but just realize that you have to create a vrbo account to get any communication about this particular property. The pool is excellent, well kept, and clean. That said, you can NOT check in early. They only allow check in AFTER 4 PM. SO DON'T bother to show up early. I hope this helps others when they book a stay here. The cabin is great , the pool is excellent, and the place is clean and quiet. If you wana enjoy a nice little hike i highly recommend "sandia cave and the man cave". Such a fun and unique hike in a cave. You shud bring a runners light or mechanic light to explore the cave easier. "
