While the view was spectacular and the room itself was quite spacious, the overall hotel felt dated. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the shower water pressure was really low. The level of service and the quality of amenities (like the bedsheets and towels) did not reflect the luxury standard typical of the St. Regis brand."

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, and what truly stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the stay feel very pleasant and smooth. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a newer development area. It is standing right in front of the ocean with nice walking paths along the ocean . From our room we could see sparkling Marcau , and the ocean . The room has tall ceilings with floor level windows. The style is European and luxurious with lots of beautiful marble .

Old-style luxury and attentive and friendly service. It was our first time in Zhuhai and the staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay. Among the staff, Jim and Ben, in food and beverage, were extremely helpful and considerate. Sean and Joey, in Check-In at reception were very accommodating and approachable, Terry and Bettie, in Butler and Concierge services, were always available to assist. Beyond that, they all spoke varying degrees of English and were very kind and friendly people - which made our time in Zhuhai quite enjoyable. Thank you from Ben, Kathleen and Austin.
