Great property - the executive lounge access was well worth it. We would stay here again. A little challenge with English support, but staff always found someone. Room is clean and quality. Great for access to the Chimelong parks. 10 min taxi ride, and lots of dining options for dinner in the connected shopping mall.

We stayed here because it's close to Chimelong, which we spent 2 days at. It was clean, facilities nice, rooms were orderly, the restaurants and food were great. The only thing that could use improvement were the beds. It was like sleeping on a trampoline. Simply moving my arm would cause shockwaves that my wife would feel from the other side of the bed. But because sleep is very important in a hotel, I can only give 4 stars, otherwise I would give 5.

Hengqin Hyatt a great hotel

The hotel is in a great location where there is a mall that connects to the mall. The breakfast is great. My only complaint is that the afternoon club experince was the worst. There were many Hongkong people due to the Good Friday. The food was bland. We were asked to leave because my baby is crying.

I booked a double room because my daughter decided to come... Expedia changed it to a King room for no apparent reason. When I got to the hotel, I was upgraded... which was nice, but I had booked a double because 3 people. So I was charged 250 RMB for extra bed service.
