Check in location was a little tricky to find at first, but once found the place everything was straight forward from there on. The staff was very helpful. Communication was done through WeChat. We had all the amenities that we needed, including a washing machine, which was extremely helpful. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The floors could be cleaner, but we were provided with new slippers throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant and memorable! Offering great facilities to cook, wash clothes and relax. Our overhead fan in the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and there was tar (from the cigarettes) along the wall/ceiling. We also used the washing machine which worked really well but the small clothes horse had black water dripping out of it. We used the other hangers which worked great.
