Fully renovated in 2017, this 18th-century château combines the charm of a historic residence with modern comfort, set in a peaceful, bucolic environment perfect for rest. The château offers 7 luxurious and refined suites, each with private bathrooms and toilets, accommodating up to 16 people, including infants. An unforgettable stay awaits in this elegant setting.

Our Elegant Suites

The suites at Château de Monciaux are designed to provide comfort, privacy, and luxury. Spread across two floors, five suites occupy the 1st floor, while two others are located on the 2nd floor, offering breathtaking views of the estate and a serene atmosphere.

• Brantôme Suite (1)
  Located on the 1st floor, this 35 m² suite is bathed in light, thanks to its triple exposure, offering stunning views of the estate. Decorated in subtle taupe and violet tones, it features a King-size bed, a large dressing room, and a luxurious bathroom with exposed stone, situated in the South-East tower.
• Montignac Suite (2)
  This intimate 18 m² suite, located on the 1st floor, is ideal for a peaceful getaway. It’s decorated in calming white and light grey tones, with the option of two single beds that can be converted into a King-size bed. Its private bathroom, equipped with modern facilities, ensures optimal comfort.
• Les Eyzies Suite (3)
  Spanning 28 m², the Les Eyzies Suite combines elegance and authenticity with soothing taupe and yellow tones, a period fireplace, and a double exposure offering a tranquil view of the park and pool.
• Bergerac Suite (4)
  Bright and elegant, this 25 m² suite on the 1st floor features soothing taupe and blue tones. It includes a King-size bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a refreshing private bathroom. Enjoy views of the park and pool from this serene retreat.
• Sarlat Suite (5)
  A true haven of refinement, the 26 m² Sarlat Suite is distinguished by warm taupe and orange tones. Located on the 1st floor, it offers triple exposure and opens to a private bathroom nestled in the South-West tower.
• Beynac Suite (6)
  Elegant and spacious, the 30 m² Beynac Suite, located on the 2nd floor, features white and pink tones. It offers three single beds, two of which can be combined into a King-size bed. The suite opens to a private bathroom with matching tones, nestled in the South-East tower.
• Hautefort Suite (7)
  This 26 m² suite, located on the 2nd floor, combines comfort and elegance with fresh white, blue, and grey tones. It opens onto a beautiful private bathroom in the South-West tower, blending exposed stone and a peaceful atmosphere.

• Heated Swimming Pool (12x6m), secured with an automatic cover and barriers, open from May to September.

• Proximity to Sudrie Equestrian Center, just 2 km away, featuring an Olympic-sized indoor arena.

Options and Practical Information

• Events: The château is available for family gatherings and other private events, subject to prior approval and, if necessary, an additional fee.
• Heating: An additional heating charge may apply based on usage, billed at cost.
• Linen and Towels: Luxury quality linen is provided (15€ for a single bed, 30€ for a double bed, 10€ for a towel set). Pool towels, tennis rackets, and firewood are not provided, but additional services can be arranged on request.
