It’s hard to adjust to a comfortable temperature throughout the room e.g. the desk area is too windy while the rest of the room still too warm. Service at reception is super nice Leon Wu is very patient and helpful. The housekeeper service is professional they helped us clean the toilet floor after my daughter vomited i feel Sorry but the cleansing lady is professional with great attitude.
