Incredibly lucky this time, I came across the same problem in Room number 1722\. The problem has been brought to the attention of the GSM, Ms Amanda who has been found helpful and efficient in dealing with my complaint. I believe the hotel should further check and make efforts in prevention of any recurrence. Unfortunately, the female staff assisting me did not address the noise or attempt to minimize the disturbance. While her service was otherwise professional, the lack of action in that moment impacted the efficiency and comfort of the check-in process.
