The staff are friendly and helpful, with a great level of English spoken. Included breakfast was tasty abs had a good variety. The room was comfortable but there were several hairs found in the shower and signs that the "Hilton Clean Stay" wrap for the remote control was being reused. The paper toppers on the tea cups also had water marks, showing they have been reused. We booked the Ocean Kingdom shuttle for an 830 return but they never showed up. When we finally called them they claimed the shuttle bus had broken down, though they failed to call us and inform us about it. Magically the bus was repaired exactly when we called, though. If you use the shuttle be sure to confirm with them so you don't get stranded as we did. Overall the place is fine but definitely not anything special.
