The staff were very helpful in all regards. The free shuttle to and from the train station was appreciated. The location is only a few minutes' walk to the central business district with its stores and restaurants. I did not find the bed to be comfortable with a thin and hard mattress. But as I found out when checking out, I could have requested a foam mattress cover - lesson learned. The hotel picked us up at the front of the train station. Our room is big and faces the Matterhorn, allowing us to view the Red Mountain in the early morning from our deck and window. One thing you should know is that the "first floor" is about 30 stairs above the ground level and you have to walk up and down. But the hotel staff will help to carry your luggage up to your room and take it down when you leave. Appreciated the train station pick up. Weird white biting bugs in the room. Don't know the species. Bedding very rough and hot, but overall it was fine. An observance - If you choose to save the cleaning staff the extra work and choose not to have your room cleaned every day, you will not get the coffee pods refilled.
