The hotel staff is wonderful, the rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. They are VERY clean and comfortable. The hotel common areas are extremely well decorated, and the breakfast is some of the best i have experienced in Europe. The location is very good in the village with the Sunnegga funicular just a short walk from the hotel and you have a perfect view of the Matterhorn from their breakfast room. Rooms were well appointed with a nice private outside sitting area. A well provisioned breakfast was provided. They will pick you up from the train when you arrive if they know what time you are coming in. Quite central and the hotel picked us up from the train station so saved us the trouble of carrying our luggage everywhere. Great view of the Matterhorn from the main dining area.
