Worst shower I’ve experienced in a hotel room. Water got literally everywhere in bathroom. Hotel was awesome! Staff was great! Room was perfect and the breakfast was outstanding! We would stay there again. Beware that the walk to the hotel is steep. The shower is strange, you do not receive any amenities and the bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Our room was right in front of a construction site and was quite loud during the day. They do not provide free transport from the train station as it requires an additional charge. Awesome hotel only about 200 yards from the town center, so it was convenient. Quiet area too. There is a hill to walk up to the hotel but it didn’t bother anyone in my family. If you’re going skiing it was very convenient to the Sunnegga funicular and the ski rental shop next to it. We loved our room which had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The whole staff was very friendly. They even had a cool bar/living room off the lobby. And the bowl of oranges in the lobby were absolutely amazing. The breakfast was also very good with tons of options.
