What truly sets the Holiday Hotel apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming, Their flexibility was particularly impressive; when we encountered flight issues, the hotel made it incredibly easy for us to change our stay dates via email, responding promptly and resolving the situation with zero stress. The team even took the time to advise us on our finances, thoughtfully reminding us to pay in the local currency (CHF) rather than Canadian Dollars (CAD) on our credit cards to ensure we received the best possible exchange rate. Another standout moment was our final day; we had an early departure before the regular breakfast hours. The shower is strange, you do not receive any amenities and the bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Our room was right in front of a construction site and was quite loud during the day. They do not provide free transport from the train station as it requires an additional charge.
