Spa was a bonus! Rooms were clean and quant. Location was top notch with a great view of the Matterhorn and easy walk to the gondola to get up to the Matterhorn. Very close walk to the main shopping strip, restaurants and bar area. Also really loved the free shuttle service to and from the ZERMATT station. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were helpful with recommendations and they even have a little shuttle to take you to the train station! Fabulous location with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Very convenient for getting gondolas up the mountains if you’re going hiking.
