Front desk staff were so kind and helpful! Spa was a bonus! Rooms were clean and quant. Location was top notch with a great view of the Matterhorn and easy walk to the gondola to get up to the Matterhorn. Very close walk to the main shopping strip, restaurants and bar area. Also really loved the free shuttle service to and from the ZERMATT station. We would stay here again.

You can tell the owners take a tremendous amount of pride in this property. Almost feels like a large bed and breakfast. Rooms are beautiful and the view of the Matterhorn was incredible !
