If you pay city tax by card, they will charge you 50% more. The staff is not friendly at all, super mean. You will not have any greeting at breakfast, but will ask you very impolitely to leave your luggage outside of breakfast area. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway.
