"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. "初めて二泊しました。土砂降りでしたので、地下鉄からの直結導線ありがたいです。観光目的でしたので、朝10時位にエレベーター前のロビーに居たスタッフさんに幾つか地下鉄や場所の確認で質問をしたのですが、私は北九州の出身でよく分からないとの返答でした。天神、博多周辺の事を尋ねただけだったのに、とてもビックリしました。"

"I love their bathroom, the best one in Japan so far for me. The layout is just right. Water pressure is crazy good. The bedroom is quiet and has everything you need. They give you a new pajama everyday. Breakfast is awesome. Never get too crowded. I love their salad which is always fresh and grilled pork loin which is cooked in charcoal oven. Yummm. Public hot tub is a plus and I used it every night."
