Villa Hubertus 05 in Zempin modern and romantic near the beach

The Villa Hubertus 05 holiday rental in the idyllic seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom offers 55 m² of space and is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation who value comfort, stylish furnishings, and a quiet location. Located in one of the island’s smallest and most charming seaside resorts, this high-quality apartment awaits you on the ground floor of the lovingly restored Villa Hubertus—just 350 metres from the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment’s veranda, facing the Baltic Sea, invites you to enjoy a cosy breakfast in the gentle morning sun and expands the living area with a light-filled, comfortable seating area.

Inside, a tasteful combination of modern furniture, charming decor from the renowned company Green Living, and cosy carpet or cork flooring creates a welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept living and dining area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, complete with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the kitchen utensils you need for daily use. Here, you can indulge in culinary delights at your own pace—whether it’s fresh coffee in the morning or a home-cooked meal in the evening.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), carpeted floors, and an open closet, and its quiet location provides the perfect conditions for a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom features a large, floor-level walk-in shower, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet—all bright, well-maintained, and functionally furnished. Basic supplies of bed linens, towels, and cleaning products are, of course, provided, so you can start your holiday feeling completely relaxed.

Free Wi-Fi is included, as is a private parking space right on the property. You can safely store your bicycles in the shared shed. Additional seating in the lovingly maintained, south-facing courtyard rounds out the overall experience. The Villa Hubertus 05 holiday rental combines stylish living with natural surroundings and is ideal for couples or solo travellers who want to experience Usedom in its relaxed, unspoiled form.
