  • This comfortable apartment in the municipality of Zempin is only 300 meters from the sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea. It is in a quiet location near hiking trails through which the beautiful island of Usedom can be explored.

    The apartment is on the ground floor of the holiday home of "Villa Waldblick", a house with three independent apartments with separate entrances. In the lower apartment there is a bedroom with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). It also has a cozy living area with a corner leather couch and a large LED TV.

    The entire apartment is provided with underfloor heating. All windows are equipped with both insect protection and blackout blinds. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a communal terrace where guests can grill. A free parking space belongs to the apartments.

    The municipality of Zempin has several restaurants, a bakery, bike rental and shops. They can be reached on foot within 5 minutes from the house. A short, 10-minute walk leads to the Zempin train station.

Super ferienwohnung

Die Fewo ist optimal ausgestattet. Lage sehrverkehrsgünstig B111 vor der Tür (hört man su gut wie gar nicht) Bahnhao 10 Min. Fußweg. Strand schnell erreichbar. Gastronomie im Ort (Gaastätte Hubertus) und auf der Insel werden immer besser. Weg zum Strand durch den Wald 5 Min. Vermieter sehr aufgeschlossen und immer ansprechbar.

wir können diese wohnung mit sehr gut bewerten. wir waren vom 2.5.-16.5.2015 in der wohnung ebenerdig. sehr sauber und modern eingrichtet. auch für gehbehinderte geeignet. auch die außenanlagen sin sehr gepflegt. wir würden diese wohnung auch wieder beziehen

Traumhaft

Wir haben kurzfristig ein Feriendomizil auf Usedom/an der Ostsee gesucht, und in diesem Objekt glücklicherweise gefunden. Wenn wir uns an einen vorangegangenen Besuch auf der Insel und Zempin erinnern, war es ein 6er im Lotto. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, alle Geräte sind in einem super Zustand und es fehlt einem an nichts. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden und eine sehr genaue Einweisung in alle wichtigen Dinge erfahren. Die Anreise war nahezu problemlos, da die Vermieter vorab genaue Angaben zur Anreise gemacht haben. Bis zum Strand ist es zu Fuß ohne weiteres auch mit Kleinkindern zu schaffen. Da wir auch wieder in das Domizil einkehren würden und werden, können wir es ohne ein schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Zempin ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ostsee-Ort, von welchem aus man alle Orte der Insel problemlos mit dem Fahrrad erkunden kann. Die Einwohner haben ihren Charme, wenn man mit den norddeutschen Eigenheiten klar kommt. Was bei den Vermietern nicht gilt, diese sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gehen auf Wünsche ein und halten sich sonst im Hintergrund. So wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht. Zu empfehlen ist ein Spaziergang am Strand und ein Sonnenaufgang an selbigen.
