very nice, neat rooms with great AC and shower. convenient location and not too noisy despite being so close to the nightlife. parking's a little funky but overall also very convenient! staff were on top of everything and the facilities overall seemed very clean; only complaint is that the vending machine did not work whatsoever. however, great little place in walking distance of so much stuff! loved it, would absolutely stay again!

All in all rooms were very clean. The property was very clean. The only thing I did not like was there was no water pressure in the shower because the showerhead was leaking and when I called the front desk, they said it would be fixed tomorrow and it was never fixed.

Room was spotless. Really nice woman who checked me in. Easy onsite parking which is free with 24/7 security. This is a big plus in SF. I was going to a concert at Pier 80 and it was a great location. I also went to the Wooden Spoon for breakfast = 3 min walk and very good. I travel quite a bit for business and normally stay in more upscale hotels but I would definitely stay here again. Very clean, safe, and nice people. Room was stocked with coffee and lots of outlets. Free wifi and had a video call in the am, no problem.
