"Stayed 7 weeks ago on our way to Valencia and then again on 1st October on way back. First time were given an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and lovely. Had normal double room next time and this was absolutely fine. Both times staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Despite being in the middle of an industrial estate the hotel is very clean and well presented. We ate at restaurant second time around and

"The check in time was horrible since the agent at the front desk was very rude, then she gave us the farthest rooms at the Hotel, the cigarette smell was really bad on mine. Like I've mentioned already the rooms were far from the elevator and when we arrived at night the keys didn't work and we have to go back to the front desk.
